My money just disappeared and I don't get any notifications
Today I had forgot my phone at home when I return to check my balance on FNB it shows that R325 was deducted from my account. I didn't get any notifications or sms to say were it went its just gone without a trace. I try to call the help line but getting no joy of assistance. How is it that money just magically disappears like this I always get notifications of my transactions or debit orders even if the amount is huge but here I don't know were my money went. FNB stole my money and they don't even notify me. I want my money back
