My money is not safe with FNB

I lost ny business card in October 2023, I cancelled and reported the card. To my surprise toll gates kept on debiting from my account which I reported again to ***** department and they said they are still investigating. Now every week same tollgates are debiting money from my account and FNB can’t protect my money or do anything about it. Last night it was over 5 tollgates debited me 3 months later after reporting this
