My money is not safe at FNB

In September I got a debited for a debit order I did not get a debi check for. I reversed the debit order and got charged a fee. This is supposed to stop future debit orders from this company.

Last month, the same company debits me and fnb allows them. Again I reverse and get charged a fee for it. Why is this happening when I already disputed this debit order.

Now, it happens again, the company is now debiting much more money and fnb just opens the gates to my account. On top of that the debit orders that are supposed to go through are unsuccessful because fnb is feeling generous with my account. Not forgetting that fnb charges me for these unsuccessful debit orders.

I pay fees every month for fnb to keep my money safe. Why is it that I have to dispute a debit order more than once and somehow the same debit order is taking priority over the debit orders that are supposed to go through?

Not forgetting the expensive fees that fnb makes me pay for not doing their job, the time and money I have to spend calling the companies who I allowed to debit my account and have been debiting my account for months now.

What ****es me off is fnb just keeps telling me this is my transaction and the fees cannot be reversed as if I did not dispute this debit order more than once.
