My money is lost from using FNB App transaction

I made transactions this morning to pay my drivers but the transactions seem to have vanished from FNB side because both Immediate payments have not gone to the accounts paid to. I have been trying to get assistance from FNB Service Consultants but I'm getting transferred from one person to another with no solution to the problem. Meanwhile, My money is gone.

As soon as I get my money back, I'm closing this account. Been having too many issues with FNB.
