My money disappeared

Sars made a payment of +- R19 000 into my account on Saturday. I have used about R6000.00 of the money already. Yesterday morning my account balance was on R0.00.

I went to the branch to see what the problem is. There were no *****ulent charges. The lady informed me that the money (+- R13 000) that was left was ‘freezed’ as FNB needs to verify the payment from SARS! Is this standard procedure? When will the money be back into my account?
