My money

I have a policy with fnb what they did they deducted the amount before my pay date and there were no funds and they charge me R360 talked with the banker that advised that they collected the money told her I get paid end of the month why did fnb deduct the amount before this date. Asked her to go back to my statement she only said she can go back only 3mnths I need my money paid back into my account ASAP R360 it's not a small amount we have problems also
