My missing money
I took out a loan, which was repaid, in fact, overpaid. I saw the credit on the account and requested that this be refunded back to my current account. I was told by the Private banker that this would be sorted in around 7 to 8 days. It has been sorted by way of a journal entry, and my funds were merely written off, and no refund has taken place. This is wrong! Where is my money? why was it not repaid into my account?
