My livlihood not an issue for fnb
In the beginning of the year I purchased an Epson L5190 from Fnb connect. I used it for 5 months and it packed up. I was then advised to call Epson to have it fixed. My problem is. It is under warranty and its not even 6 months old. If this printer was just a casual device I was using then I do understand their lack of urgency. I communicated to Kutlwano M from digital planet that this printer is essential for my business and my livlihood. He arranged to collect it from my home. This was on the 28th July. It is now the 3rd of August and in this time I had to purchase an Hp printer of which I had to purchase cartidges to the value of over 1800 more than the value of the printer itself just to get some/minimal work done. This excludes going to the print shop to print work needed. ..
The only feedback I got was that Epson had my printer. I called Epson, they couldn't track my printer. Then Kutlwano e mails me and says they waiting for parts. I was promised my printer early this week to no avail.
Iv requested a contact for someone superior to address this issue and no response to my e mails. This printer is well over R10 000 and the service and attitude towards my issue and the urgency of me needing this device for my business and income is disgusting.
I requeat urgent resolution
