MY LATE FATHER ESTATE

I have submitted all the documents that are needed and I don't have my late father's id book because we lost it while going up and down at FNB to fix my little brother money out and for him to go to university next year after matric. My father put his pension money for my little brother's education so that he can have a fighting chance of going to university but today I am still fighting with FNB to get that money for university next for my brother. I have submitted and spoken to many people and I am in a point of no return and I am frustrated because I did not save any money for him because of what me and my dad did for him at FNB. I have lost all trust and I will never recommend FNB to anyone because this is unfair and very scary because my father died very proud knowing my little brother is covered and today if he returns and see what the bank we trusted and believed in is doing to his son education and future. He will be disappointed. I need someone to step up and help my brother out?
