My landlord needs her money but FNB is not transferring the money up until now

Worst experience Ever, what a poor service and response to my issue. I deposited money on their Cash Accepting ATM in Soweto (Jabulani Branch) On the 1st of July the money went inside but slip came back saying "deposit unsuccessful" went to the branch in Thursday but they were closed, Saturday again I went there and the lady promised that the guys working with ATM Machines overnight will sort the issue. I didn't receive any SMS after that yet my landlord was waiting for rent. Up until Today the 7th of July I went to the branch and the other lady did a print out for me stating that I'll have my money but today but I haven't received it and my landlord is on my case. I'm so disappointed with FNB?
