My Issue still not resolved ebucks and wesbank

My Issue still not resolved ebucks and wesbank covid releif . I still show as unable to earn ebucks . Either the consultant is away or I need to beg the complaints department for an update . I was told on 24 june that by this week will be sorted out, No update as yet , consultant not replying emails. I have not received ebucks for May and June and if this is the case and my ebucks not reinstated Its pointless for me to carry on with fnb. Please resolve asap.
