My husband and I went to withdraw Ewallet from the ATM in Parklands in the process load shedding started and the 🏧 went off while the cash was coming and we could not get the money we even took a video of it stuck inside, when the generator or backup started the money still didn’t come out and we went to the bank to check it out and they confirmed money didn’t come out and they’re in the process of sorting it out that was on the 7th today is the 15th and they still saying it’s being processed no feedback or anything is being said and we keep going back to the bank without any resolution this is very frustrating
