My funds stuck with fnb for 2 weeks

I had done an online transaction to African bank towards my credit card for the sum of R9500,00 and the transaction was unsuccessful though there was funds in my fnb cheque account. Now the funds are sitting in Fnb's pending debits for the last 2 weeks. I have made many phone calls from cellphone to premier banking and each time spending 20 - 30 minutes per call with no success. I have been to the branch and still no success. Fnb premier suite offers me a loan to pay my kids school fees until I get my funds back. Is Fnb out of there mind!!! Why should I take a loan and pay interest when I have my own funds that Fnb is hold back. I have submitted the required documents they have asked for but the department that handles this does not have a contact number. ****** ridiculous. If I ever receive my money it's good bye fnb.
