My Funds Placed on Hold

I am highly disappointed at how FNB Bank is handling my case. The bank placed my funds on hold for 7-months now (July 2022 to Feb 2023). No call. No email. No explanation from the bank as to why my funds are placed on hold. I have sent numerous emails customer care over 10-times, still no joy. No one has been able to explain to me as to why my funds are placed on hold.
