My fnb nightmare

My first month with fnb was a disaster after so many years I bank with capitec I never lost my money, with my first payment go to fnb 26 Feb, my card stacked in a atm, same day aunothorised use and transaction of my card and taking all of my money it's a nightmare, in wich there is a case in a ***** team in wich I dnt know I will be able to be refunded, I'm thinking to go back to capitec 😭😭😭
