My FNB experience
I was at FNB Smith Street, Durban branch to sort out issues on my account. Ms Raelene Barnabas attended to me in a super efficient manner, she gave concise answers to my questions. She was efficient,professional and very polite. Even when I was asking for the im<br> possible she remained calm and nicely explained the protocols and reasons why certain things could not be done as speedily as I wanted then. I never had such a banking experience. If she ever gets to read this,thank you<br>
