My FNB Credit card is 100% Fully paid up and Closed, Update this with theCredit bureau's NOW.

My FNB Credit card is 100% Fully paid up and Closed as per my request and you never updated this with the Credit bureau's, this is still showing as open and active with Experian and TransUnion. I need this updated to status Paid up and closed ASAP.

I am lodging this to the Credit Ombudsman, as I have requested you do this a long time ago and this is not done and is negatively affecting my credit scoring
