My FNB Account has been Frozen

My FNB account Has Been Frozen Due to *****, the money which i received i didn't use it until it was reversed then they freeze it.When I go to the branch to report they told me to call ***** department and I told them. Ever since they said they will call me back they didn't and they didn't even open my account
