My finances are unprotected with fnb

I have reported a dispute of unknown merchand to FNB when they asked me to submit affidavit and fill the aedo forms which I did but even today nothing has been done since February 2021 the dispute debit still continues even when I stop it on the app.

In February they debited an amount of R2 695.00 from then they have been debit R488.00 I don’t know where to get help I tried different branches and customer service but no help at all or maybe it’s time I move my money to a trusted bank
