My Experience in Mmbatho Mega City FNB.

I went to Mmbatho FNB branch located at Mega City to open a business account! And let me tell you, what a awesome experience i had! I met with Thabo Mompati he is a consultant at this said bank! And man, did he make me feel home, he was super helpful and made my painful process in opening this account so easy! I was so surprised in the service i had to go back to open a personal account with Thabo he was so excited to see me again as like we know each other for many years, again he made my opening a -non black card :-)) ank account very smooth!!! And Thabo again was the very same consultant who assisted us in opening my wife’s account this upgraded him from friend to family member in my books! look i know there is lot of negativity going around about FNB but this type of consultants like Thabo makes this business “FNB” really stand out! Well done Thabo and i am happy to have you apart of my us! This man needs to be promoted to management! But it simply doesn’t stop there while talking about management, I met the branch manager of FNB Mmbatho Mega City who was super friendly she took time to sit with me and my wife while we opened my wife’s account, the manager took time to interact with us she and Thabo even laughed with us on silly jokes i made! The manager got up and left us! After a few minutes the manager retuned with a super cool gift bag for us! Wow wow and more wow what more can i say! This branch and the staff working there are super amazing. FNB you will need more people like this!! And if your workers can be all like Thabo and his manager you guys will dominate the banking industry in SA. What a experience myself and my wife had in this branch is mind blown to us. Thank you.
