My ewallet number has been blocked by FNB

Hello Peter, My ewallet number has been blocked with my money inside on the 29th of May 2021 by First National Bank due to an ewallet payment I received from a lady whom I sold car parts to.. I went to the FNB branch in Parktown and it has been very unclear as to what they require from me to unblock my number.

She told me that the case No is 2021x*** and that i should call *** and since then i have been calling the number but nobody is picking up the phone and i keep spending my airtime for nothing.

When I request what information she needs, I receive no answer. I sent her all the legal documentation stating that it was a lady by name Nonhlanhla Manaba who bought some car parts from us and paid the money through ewallet to my number . I am being made to feel like a ********. I expect my ewallet number to be opened by end of business today, 31st May 2021

It is not in my position to know where Nonhlanhla Manaba got the money from to buy my car parts. All I know is that I sold her my car parts and she ewallet me and collected the parts.

I am very disappointed with FNB because of the way they do things.
