My Easy access blocked for no reason. Case number ***

On the 31st day of May i tried to use my card and it kept on declining I couldn’t understand the reason why ,immediately went to the bank and I was told my card was on hold due to *****.The consultant I spoke on Friday 31 of May told I will be called within 24 to 48 hours by an investigator Teboho Thulo even now I’m still waiting for the call to let me know what’s going on with my card. I went back to the bank last week Friday and now I was told I have to receive an email.I don’t understand the reason why my card is being closed at the first and seriously need to use the cash in my account.The level of service i am receiving disappointed and I don’t want to close my fnb account .
