My E-bucks let's get this fixed now, shall we?

I had an issue with FNB not linking my credit card with the E-bucks department about a month ago. The issue was that I didn’t receive E-bucks for the first 2 months that I had the credit card. FNB got in contact with me and said they would calculate the E-bucks I should have earned and then award me those E-bucks. They came to a total amount of 858 E-bucks for the 2 months and asked me if I agreed with the amount. As I never received E-bucks before that I said I suppose its correct as they are the experts, aren’t they? After this I received a sms saying I will receive 3196 E-bucks for June 2016 and 1003 from the partner companies. This is where my problem comes in, I didn’t change how I use my accounts so how is it possible that the number of E-bucks earned could have been so low for the previous 2 months? I assume the person that did the calculation made a horrible mistake. I have communicated with someone at FNB via Facebook messenger and they told me someone would get in contact with me. That was last week Thursday, its Monday today so I’m tired of waiting and I’m not going to waste my airtime phoning FNB again just to be told to phone another department. Did that, still waiting on the T-shirt. FNB keeps telling me it’s the E-bucks department’s fault and the E-bucks department keeps telling me it’s FNB’s fault so I’m lost.

So what I think should happen is FNB/E-bucks should recalculate my E-bucks and supply me with proof on how it should be done and how they did it, or at least explain to me how it is calculated. I have tried to read up on how they calculate it and then compare that to what I earned but I can’t see any correlation between the two.
