My Dropped Calls by Call Centre Agent

Good day,<br> <br> On the 27th of July, I called premier banking number *** from *** between 16h45 - 16h50.<br> <br> Before the call centre agent could greet me, they dropped the line. Please refer to time slots above and check who was dropping my calls.....I called more than 4 times and they continued to drop my calls! I suspect it was because they were about to knock off, hence they avoided me. I eventually spoke to Lesego who was professional and managed to assist me. I NEED TO KNOW WHO WAS DROPPING MY CALLS?
