My debt to FNB was prescribed a while ago

My debt to FNB was prescribed a while ago as I find out from my lawyer it has been handed over from one lawyer to another for the past 6 years. Recently I discovered that this debt is listed as in arrears on credit Bureau, this is not true (this is prescribed debt). After the credit amnesty this adverse listing was supposed to be removed. I have not made payments to this account for more than 5 years. I do not intend to sign anything or pay anything. If you issue summons, do so at my current address and I will defend the summons based on prescription and ask for legal costs against them. Listing prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by the regulations on the National Credit Act and any attempt to list me will result in a defamation of character claim against you, of which my name is still listed by First National Bank on Credit Bureau, If you want to prove that the debt was not prescribed please send me in writing to my current address, I also want proof of debt, the original contract, proof of date of Default, and handover amount and a breakdown of all the costs. I demand that my file be closed and my name cleare.
