My debit orders were not deducted
I have been with FNB for the past 5 years and 3 debit orders - Old Mutual policy-Santam short term and my medical aid was not deducted. This lady could not solve my query. I was put on hold while music is playing. I really think this is the worst service ever. I rep**** to the company email to state that I need help. No answer.
