My company does not have a loan with FNB

I took out a loan with FNB a few years ago. I have been unemployed for 2 years and have not been able to pay for the loan. I recently got a job and went into a branch to reopen my bank account as all my debit orders are linked with that account including their loan account. The branch told me that i need to pay R 1500 to reopen my account. I have a business bank account with FNB, so i used that account to transfer my salary. I recently opened another personal account as my bookkeeper said i need to seperate my accounts. Today i received a call from FNB legal, the consultant advised that i need to make payment today or tomorrow towards my FNB account. I asked her where will i get the money today? She said i can make arrangements if i dont have money today, and 5min later R500 is deducted from my BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT?
