My Cheque not paid since 2013, FNB seem not bothered

Good day Hello Peter In 2013 I deposited a cheque into my account at Hatfield FNB. I understand the cheque was sent to forex but was never credited to my account. I kept following up on monthly to cheque on the with Jenny Lambert at forex as to what happened to the cheque and she kept telling me she will investigate and contact me but that has not happened. In 2015 I visited the branch again and I was served by Kgosi who referred me to Brooklyn branch, where Jenny had recently moved. After a frustrating journey, I was refered back to Kgosi at Hatfield branch and this time round my matter was refered to Hatfield branch manager. I was very excited thinking finally I will get my money. Unfortunately despite my regular email and phone follow up, it 2016 my money has not been paid and there has only been two emails from the branch manager. One asking Jenny to respond and the second one, a month later checking if the matter has been resolved. Hi Jenny I was on leave last week. Has this matter been resolved? Feedback would be appreciated. Kgosi from FNB Hatfield has been communicating with you and asking you to communicate with Mr Wairuri about his foreign cheque which has since 2013 not yet been paid. Please provide us with an update on this matter. Received a call from the branch manager, no form of resolution reached. It's now my fault that FNB lost my cheque and I should make arrangements to get another cheque. Very disappointing
