My cheque account unprotected

My sms notification were made by the bank inactive. I therefore do not get sms for money withdrawn or paid from my Account. I spent two days trying to resolve the issue. Crazy bank charges and unauthorised debit orders are being paid from my account leading to my authorised debit orders failing and thus further charged for failed debit orders continually. It is clear to me that the lower paid and illiterate people are the source of money making for FNB in this country. Yesterday I ended up requesting for the CEO, which of course was way to impossible. Little monies are charged from my account ending up to be almost my entire salary. Your undivided attention fellow citizens is Godly appreciated
