My beneficiary could not access ewallet amount and not refunded to my account yet and fnb charged me value added fee for that

Good day, I am frustrated with this as I have done Ewallet transaction to my brother on 5th(R 200) and 6th (R 300) May 2017, but he was unable to with draw due to fnb faulty and I thought it may be service interuption and i am gonnna get my amount back, I have waited and waited its been 2 months and nothing has been refunded to my account and service charge for this also deducted for this. I am fnb account holder for more than 12 years now and I havent expected this kind if pathetic service from FNB, Imagine if I not contacting you guys even now, that means my money is gone and fnb is never going to refund. Not sure FNB is doing this with how many account holders. Please resolve my problem even before I circulate this on social media. thank in advance.
