My Bank does not know what happened to my money ,

FNB still does not have an answer as to what happened to my money on my credit card , a consultant called me and advice that the R1000 rand that i deposited into my credit card acc last money month was processed for a purchas that i did in March but when i checked my statement for March , the payment for the purchase was processed , so FNB does not know where money is , disappointed client.
