My bank cannot identify me and closed my account.

After 33 years of being a happy client of First National Bank I seriously considering pack up and go to ANY other bank. FNB has a department that has to make sure that every client of theirs is properly identified according to the FIC (Financial Intelligence) laws. No problem with that. But for months now I just cannot succeed to convince this bank that they have ALL my necessary documents. And yesterday this bank just close my business account until they are happy that they have all my documents. Which they of course have. I phoned and asked what documents are outstanding. They gave me a list. I sent them again. Account still closed. I phoned again. Now other documents are outstanding according to this bank. Every time the bank's consultants are very friendly and so understanding and have sympathy with me. But i don't want sympathy. I want my account open!! I am fed up. Please keep my account close. Maybe another bank will be more capable of identifying me. I hope!!
