My Awful experience with FNB

Trying to receive money internationally from this bank feels like an impossible task. It's as if they've crowned themselves the new CIA of banking. I've been patiently waiting for nearly a month to get my funds from the UK through FNB, and they've been holding onto my money for an entire month. I've diligently provided them with all the necessary documents, but there has been zero communication on their end.

Today, I finally received an email from one of their agents after days of relentless attempts to contact them. I've called in numerous times, and it seems like no agent is willing to assist me because my case apparently requires the attention of this one perpetually busy person. Every time I call, she's conveniently tied up on another call. Now, they're threatening to send my money back because they can't verify my identity. I've sent them every piece of information I could think of, and it's absurd that they can't confirm who I am, especially when I already have an account with them. Proof of address is one of the prerequisites for opening an account, and I've also provided my ID.

Their so-called Forex department has been the most unhelpful and frustrating part of this entire ordeal.
