My arrangement ignored and all my money taken from my account.
An arrangement was completed with Blake and Associate for the amount of my loan which was in arrears. An amount of R4100 was made or debited from my account as per our agreement but to my surprise FNB decided to debit almost R7000 from my account which left me with no money for other expenses for the month of June. This is so unfair. I acknowledge my debt and made an arrangement to bring my account up to date. Can someone please help me resolve this issue??
