My account was frozen and myself or my team in the country cannot access the account

My account was frozen and myself or my team in the country cannot access the account. I'm currently out of the country and their in app call or secure chat has also been disabled. I also need to use funds in the account so that I can book transport back to SA. So basically I'm stuck
