My Account Transactions Not Permitted

Am trying to use my account it keeps saying transaction not permitted,I then called FNB and a lady that was helping me said the relevant department will call you regarding your account.She did not explain which relevant department is that,did not explain why my account is not working.There are funds in my account that I cannot even access.I would like to get assisted with this
