My Account Put On Hold!!!
My account was randomly put on hold and i have called in several times to find out the way forward and what i need to submit from my side but FNB is giving me the run around. Its been a month now and they keep telling they are investigating and will get back to me which they dont. Its frurstrating and losing my patience with this bank. How am i suppose to survive without an account which was also put on hold with money in it and expecting a baby early next year. How will i pay for my bills???

Ever since i logged in my complaint i got an email from their representative at the ***** department called Monia Ward who then notified me that he/she would get the necessary information and give me feedback on this matter. To my surprise a few hours later came an email from him/her recalling the update previously sent and now am being referred to another representative again. Am still being given the run around with no way forward in regards to my cheque account. So annoying and very frustrated!!
