my account overcharged
apparently i stopped a debit order at one of the FNb branches which i was charged R50 for it now my issue is i have never gone to any branch to stop any debit order i have reported the issue with FNB and received three calls from different consultants who promised me that the money will be reversed back within a week and that was two weks ago and nothing has been done my account is in arrears due to this.<br> <br> my question is how was that debit order stopped without my permission and further more for a consultant to log into a client profile via (hogan) they will need the client i'd number so how was this done.<br> <br>
