My account on Hold for over 3 weeks without any contact

I recieved money from my client an amount of 30000 and that same weekend I got ****** lost all my particulars including my phone so my client couldn't reach me on Monday but tha Tuesday the next day I did a SIM Swap after I got an affidavit from the Bank explaining my situation after 3 hours my phone was back to normal,I managed to start getting messages and recieved a call from a person who Transferred the Funds,And he informed me that he called his bank Absa to stop the Transaction because he couldn't get hold of me but he was happy he managed to speak to me,Then my Bank FNB put my account on Hold without even consulting with me and my other accounts I did transactions to ,as we speak I can't access my account haven't received a call from their investigator Thando Thalipi ,I'm actually surprised that a bank of FNB calibre will just go and put my account on after I have been with them for over 20 years,then today 23/03 only recieved an E mail from Thando Thalipi saying my relationship with FNB is under Review without even contacting me I feel FNB already took their side of their own story as I wasn't consulted in the first place
