My account has been frozen
My account was frozen for no particular reason, and unfortunately for me there was money in that account that I urgently needed to utilise, howwever I cannot transact with the account.

05 Nov 2024, 11:29FNB, after immense emails & phone calls my query has still not been attended to and my account is still put on hold. I don’t even understand how or why this is possible because it’s an Easy Zero (e-wallet) account. I am ready to close this account. 🤚🏽
