My account has been frozen

I had the shock of receiving an SMS from FNB telling me that my account has been frozen due to an unclear ID / proof of residence!

Firstly, i received ONE SMS telling me that my account will be frozen and that SMS was today when my account got frozen!

Secondly i phoned FNB to try assist me. Both consultants I spoke to between 3pm &4pm today were extremely unhelpful and robotically repeated the SMS, with absolutely no desire to go the extra mile or assist me in the matter. One consultant even told me to hold and dropped the call!

Thirdly, in the last month I changed to a private client account. I gave the driver a copy of my ID AND POR . Then on 16th September I changed back to platinum, and when receiving my card I gave the driver ANOTHER copy of my ID and POR! Please explain how my ID / POR is unclear after handing FNB TWO copies!?

Lastly I emailed the docs to the FICA department and i was told it takes 24 - 48 hours to activate my account! So no access to my money for 2 days. Now I have to go during work hours to a bank to hand in my ID AGAIN!

I have 4 accounts with FNB and I feel like im being treated like a ********! FNB better have a good explanation for this!
