Must stop asking older people smartphone when they are coming to get an assistance

I would like to rates a service I got frm fnb ladysmith..I was there on Wednesday..an African lady assist us with good service.. smile..and friendly face..I was with my father cz his card was blocked she assist us very well..even though I can't remember her name axactly it's Bonisiwe or Boniswa..keep shining with your excellent service
