Multiple proof of payments not emailed to me and no o can help

I spoken to multiple call centre agents and it seems like they are not able to help me they do not understand my problem And thus is shocking I have easy account that ends with 8072 I have over 25 monthly scheduled payments tbat gos of my account and every month I get all 25 emails of pop proof of payment but all of a sudden this month this morning I haven't gotten tbis emails and I need this proof of payment emails and no one is able to help me get them and I urgently need them why weren't they sent like they were automatically every month this is unacceptable and your agent don't understand and are unable to help this is so disappointing
