Multiple points of failure

I have been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me with my overdraft.

Received mail from them (rather agressive to be honest)
Resolved the issue on my side
Sent a mail to premier banking 4 days ago (48 hour response time promise) (CAS- ********** -R9R0J0)
Phoned ********** 000, was told that they can not help me, given the number ********** 370 that does not even ring tried 4 times
Tweeted @FNBSA, got contacted by @RbJacobs, sent DM. Was ignored after that, I can see that the messages were read last night

Just trying to get this sorted out and I don't have time to get the run around.
