Multiple issues, again

Hello, the calamity you’ve caused from the past month is carrying on. Not only have you failed to change my collection date several times, you have ALSO made my arrangement for the loans confusing as my APP claims I’m in arrears? Although I’m paying the agreed upon amounts every month, now there is also legal account for a separate account that I’ve asked you to produce for me and you haven’t. It’s an amount for 2909 or something, that I am not aware of, that you are using to block me from getting an overdraft facility for my business account. I believe it’s an old personal loan that was paid up over a year ago, but that’s an assumption because between FNB and myself no one can give me an answer…

Can someone please help me sort out this amount? Where it comes from? Perhaps an account number to pay? Perhaps clarify that for me and for you.

It’s shocking that you would block me from getting an overdraft in a business that more than qualifies for one over a small amount of money that you can’t find or clarify or provide me details to sort out.

Just assist me, I’ll pay it and this problem will be gone. Also please assign me a different personal banker.
