multiple deduction

i wish to bring to your attention that i made 2 card swipe on my account on the 15th and 18th of september at spar Radiokop and shell Rachel De Beer for an amount of R105.04 and R100 respectively. Both transaction where reserved. But on the 20th of september fnb debited this transaction again on my available balance. This is ridiculous. im still dumb folded why this happen.
