Multicurrency passport poor service
I am traveling to London within the next month and wanted to apply for the FNB Multi-Currency passport. I have been to numerous branches this weekend only to be told we don't offer this service here or the service is only provided by the tellers which makes no sense as I don't see why tellers would deal with this as they deal with physical cash not cards. Extremely disappointed with FNB as their branches either do not provide a service or their staff are not trained enough to know what is happening. Very concerning and maybe its time to start looking at other banks.
