Ms N Bali is super
The issue I have with the banking app has not been resolved yet, but Ms N Bali at FNB has been awesome in helping me open the Fixed Deposit account I needed. She actually opened a Non Standard Fixed Deposit account for me which allows for negotiation of the interest rate above the rate offered for Standard Fixed Deposits. She was very helpful, kept her promises to get back to me at certain times, and went the extra mile. Staff like her are a credit to FNB, look after her.
