I need urgent assist with a matter that has been taking place for over 2 months. My husband has passed away I have been trying to take over his fnb business account.It was alleged that the above business Acc had malicious transactions back in 2014, then ***** department freezed the account but this matter was then escalated to SARS AND SARS did indicate and prove that the account is clear on their side and the holder can continue using the account. I even submitted the relevant documents from Sars that shows that his name was cleared.However, it looks like FNB did not conclude the case as it was left hanging, case was never closed or finalised by the Fnb ***** dep. I have been to fnb branch in Atlyne and Pta Cbd for 3 consecutive days just so we can resolve issues associated with this specific account.

I am quite disappointed because no one is willing to take up the responsibility/ownership at Fnb, the consultant has been going back and forth in assisting me with this matter, he has been going the extra mile to assist me but unfortunately his employees from the ***** department are not willing to meet him halfway with resolving the matter.

May I also bring it to your attention that the account holder has since passed on, and has left me with 2 kids that I need to look after. I am not working because I was working on this company.The account has money which is supposed to assist me with raising my kids and I cannot access the funds because of the negligence the ***** department is not willing to own up to. I am being taken from pillar to post with absolutely no resolution to the matter at hand.
