Mrs Daya is always willing to assist

Mrs Day is the first person that I see when I walk into the bank and she is always willing to help me and assist me with what I need or point me in the right direction. One of the recent incidents that I had was on Saturday 24 October I had unauthorized debits go off my accounts. I then tried calling the call center and I could not get through I went into the bank and she then gave me the correct number and option to call which I then did and my problem was resolved. I then told her I wanted a bank statement which then she told me to log onto my online banking and print the statement from there. Another incident that I can recall was on the 31st of July and my bank cards were ******. I was panicking and when I went to the bank I met her at the entrance and she told me not to panic. She took me to one of the consultants and told them to urgently assist me of which they did and my cards were cancelled and no money was taken from my account. To top it all she calls me by my name and it makes me feel like a special customer THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE TO ME
